is an honest talk and when the representatives are just bluffing!
However,
similar reactions occur to the human bodies when they are under stress.
So if the representative is feeling pressured into negotiations or he
is new in the job, similar phenomena would occur while he is perfectly
honest. So customers need to try to distinguish between what is a lie
and what is a stressful condition!
